This video captures one of those moments that reminds me why I enjoy what I do so much. I had the chance to take my clients and friends, Magno and Wanderson—who purchased real estate with me in Citrus Springs—out fishing for redfish with Captain Dakota. We launched out of Crystal River, which is only about 20 minutes from where I sell land, making it easy to mix business, lifestyle, and a little adventure. Magno and Wanderson are from Brazil, and since English isn’t their first language, our days together usually involve a lot of translating, laughing, and hand signals—which somehow always makes the experience even better. Beyond real estate, we’ve built a great friendship sharing stories about life, culture, and especially cattle. One of my biggest hobbies is raising cattle here in Florida, and Magno does the same in Brazil, so we’re always swapping stories about the similarities and differences of ranch life in each place. It’s experiences like this—where business turns into real friendships—that make this line of work so rewarding.
